Treatments Available
All treatments are for females only and unless otherwise, stated are for 60 minutes. Treatments state full body however, the treatment time allocated can be for specific areas that you feel need to be treated - shoulder, neck, back, or legs.
Initial appointment will have a 10 minute consultation followed by 50 minute treatment to allow time to complete questionnaire and to talk through treatment plan.

Swedish Massage - £50
If you sit at a computer all day and feel your muscles all tense, then this treatment is for you. A relaxing massage using long strokes and light-medium pressure working the soft tissue of the body, to relieve the tension and stresses held in your body. It helps to increase delivery of blood and oxygen to the treated areas and will leave you feeling relaxed. Can also be used to target any areas specific areas of concern.
Back, neck and shoulder massage - £35
(30 mins)
A relaxing massage using long strokes and light-medium pressure working the soft tissue of the back,neck and shoulder, to relieve the tension and stresses held in these areas. It helps to increase delivery of blood and oxygen to the treated areas and will leave you feeling relaxed.
Hot Stone Massage - £60
Lava Stones are heated in a water bath and are used by the therapist to massage. Very little pressure is required as the heat from the stones can penetrate into the muscles during the massage. Can help to relieve tension, stress and anxiety and pain. It can also aid sleep.
Restorative Touch - £50
Restorative Touch is a very relaxing 'treatment' especially for those going through Cancer Treatment. The client is fully clothed and then 'swaddled' in blankets and supported either lying on their side or back, by cushions and pillows. The therapist then places their hands onto the body working from head to feet. It is a warming and very relaxing treatment (I personally found this more relaxing than a massage when I was completing my Oncology Massage training!!)
This appointment is for 70 minutes which includes a 50 minute treatment and 20 minutes for a chat and relaxation afterwards to talk through your cancer journey, feelings etc. As I've been where you are, I'm hoping that you will find this useful to be able to talk with somebody who has been through the cancer journey.
Oncology Massage - £50
All treatments (apart from Deep Tissue Massage which will not be available), can be adapted to you depending where you are in your cancer journey and treatment. These treatments will have a lighter touch and specific treatment areas will be avoided.

Rejuvenation Facial Massage
Facial Rejuvenation Massage, (also known as non-surgical face lift or Natural lift facial massage) uses a blend of techniques taken from facial reflexology, Ayurveda massage, acupressure and lymphatic drainage. It uses techniques that are more varied than in other facials, with deeper pressure applied to refocus muscle memory, to help give the face an up-lifted effect.
Treatment will begin with a facial cleanse using Tropic Smoothing Cleanser, followed by a toner. Massage to decolletage, neck and shoulders, followed by facial acupressure and lymphatic drainage and massage is carried out to leave your face feeling cleansed and toned. Treatment is completed with relaxing head massage.
(I've had it described as the 'giggle effect' where your cheeks and face feel like you've had a good laugh and your face feels taught!)
