APPOINTMENTS, ATTENDANCE & REVIEWS

Making Your Appointment

  • Please use the online booking service for appointments.  If you fail to find one to suit, then please email and we will try to accommodate where possible.
  • It is recommended to make appointments in advance to ensure your required times and dates are available.
  • All new clients are required to complete a consultation form before their treatment begins.  There is time allocated to do this is included in your initial appointment (until electronic form exists) and your therapist will discuss your completed form prior to your treatment.
  • Existing clients should ensure that they update any changes to their personal details and health status before each subsequent appointment.
  • Please ensure you follow your aftercare advice provided at the end of your treatment. 
  • Mobile Phones – For your comfort and relaxation please switch your mobile phone and any other devices to silent, unless you are expecting an urgent call, please let you therapist know before treatment starts.
  • Tranquility Lodge Therapy reserves the right to remove treatments and any packages from the treatment menu without notice.
  • Advertised prices may be subject to change without prior notice.
  • Parking is available on either driveway where space is available. Please enter through the wooden gate on the large driveway to access Tranquility Lodge.
  • Who I provide services for - All services are provided to female clients. I will only provide these services to male clients who are known to me or are recommended by an existing client.

Payment Information

  • Payments
    Payment for services at Tranquility Lodge Therapy can be made by cash, BACS or card when in person at the time of your service. 

Health Conditions, Cancer & Pregnancy

  • Allergies/Skin Conditions. If you have serious health or allergy conditions that could contra-indicate you from treatments, please notify at the point of booking so your appointment can be adapted if necessary and so proceed on the day.
  • Medicated Health Conditions may prevent you from having certain treatments. If you have any medically supervised or medicated condition, please inform us at the point of booking.
  • If you are/or have been a cancer patient, then please make sure that you have booked a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss, prior to booking any other treatments. 
  • I am not qualified to provide any treatment if you are pregnant or recently post-partrum from any stage of pregnancy. 

Lateness, Cancellation & Non-Attendance

  • Please arrive on time and not too early as I’m unable to accommodate you before your booked time.  If you arrive too early, I may be with another client and there is nowhere to wait (only in your car). I do allow a buffer between treatments to allow for departures and arrivals and for changing of bedding, etc, so please make sure you do not arrive more than a few minutes before your appointment time.
  • Please notify me immediately if you know you are running late. It may be necessary to reschedule or dependent on availability you may need to have a reduction in your treatment time. If your treatment time is reduced, you will still be charged for the original treatment, or you can reschedule. If you fail to notify me the booked appointment will need to be paid for prior to any further appointments being booked.
  • Cancellation (24hrs +) - If you need to cancel, please call 07411575599 or email tranquil_therapy@btinternet.com and give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
  • Late Cancellation (- 24hrs) Cancellations at less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge.
  • Non-Attendance - If you do not arrive for your appointment and provide no notice, then a 100% Non-Attendance Fee will be applied to your account (the Full Price of your booked appointment).
  • Occasionally I may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to circumstances beyond my control. Tranquility Lodge Therapy reserves the right to transfer your appointment to a different day/time and, in the unlikely event that this is not possible, we may need to cancel your booking.
